Local Learning Courses
Attleborough Lifelong Learning was created as a community organisation to provide a wide range of lecture courses to anyone in the Attleborough area at reasonable cost and without the need to commit to formal further education.
OUR ETHOS
Attleborough Lifelong Learning organises day schools, visits to local historic or interesting venues and other social events aimed at keeping the mind active and inquisitive. We are ALL lecturers and topics, visits etc. are decided by ALL of us.
LECTURE LOCATION
Lectures take place in the Town Hall on Queens Square and currently on Friday mornings. Lectures are usually one & half to two hours with tea / coffee and biscuits served.
FREE PARKING
Car parking for our Lifelong Learning courses is available in the adjacent public car park where 3 hours or less is free. Contact us for more details
Course Programme for 2026
Our courses Programme for 2026 is planned and details of the following courses and the speakers will be posted on the website during the remainder of 2025. Poster and adverts will also appear during the few weeks before each course.
Some of these courses are presented by popular previous speakers for which members have requested a return.

Christmas lunch 2025
Friday, 12th December At The Queen’s Head, Hethersett at 13.00
Details of the annual Christmas lunch will be displayed once menus have been planned.
