Son of a Polish RAF pilot, Adrian was born in Norwich. After 20 years in the International Oil Industry, he set up his own business in Scotland before returning to Norwich in 2002. In retirement he has gained a master’s degree in landscape history at UEA and now presents a range of talks on Norfolk history and heritage.

This course will deal with 6 topics across three weeks being:

  • Finding the Medieval City in Norwich’s modern layout.
  • The History of Dragon Hall.                          
  • Norfolk’s Parish Churches.
  • Churchwardens’ accounts in the 16th
  • Pilgrimage & Sickness in the Medieval period.
  • Murder, Miracles & Myth – William of Norwich.
